Aizen is dropped off in the Harry Potter World?

Aizen is stripped of all of his powers. He still has his mind and is in-character. He is dropped in London 5 years before the start of the series. Nobody knows who he is or anything whatsoever about his background. He has incredible talent in magic but has not learned any yet. Where is the HPverse 50 years from then and how did they get there?
